Seasons Greetings by Topsy Turvy Designs

I am back to repost this.   Sorry to anyone who came here and found nothing.  I am still learning on how to do QP and how to post them.  So please bear with me.  I think I have it corrrect now.  I love Naz's kit Season's Greetings.  It is filled with beautiful papers and elements.  I used a lot of the elements to decorate the tree in my first LO.

I love the holiday season.  I love the decorations in the stores and on the homes.  I love to see the children with their eyes aglow as they wait in line to see Santa.  I love to see the nativity scenes in the common squares (even though some think that it is not politically correct), I love to see presents under the tree but I really love when it snows and everything is so white.  I confess too that I love to shovel
the snow.  Hmmmmm must be a little nutso.

I love the papers in this one. The wreaths in back of the pictures add such a nice touch and I love the
stockings with the grandkids names.
So with not much more making you wait, here is your freebie QP(whoops have to go save it as a jpeg)

You can get it here:

Here is where you can find this adorable kit.

A fantastic kit Down Memory Lane

Oh I am totally in love with this kit.  Down Memory Lane. You can find it here  product.php
I feel so fortunate that Naz has asked me to be on her CT team.  So I created these two LO's showing off
this awesome kit that she made.  It is so versatile.  I love the elements that she has put in this.

As you can see, you can use it for a lot of different photos.

Why do people have to be mean?

I am relatively new to blogging and so I am learning how to post and put links in and all that stuff.  So maybe I am more tolerant of other people who have troubles on their blogs or sites.  I was very disheartened to read that some people have sent Royanna of Divine Digital some hate mail because her site is not back up 100%.  It was sad when their site was hit by a hacker and the cost of getting it back up has been phenomenal.  I guess the average person doesn't realize the cost.  I realize that it is a business and perhaps they are suppose to suck it up and get going.  But I think that one forgets that most of the scrapbook sites are started by average people like me and you.  Stay at home moms,  moms who need to have a second income coming in, some have husbands out of work or can't work due to being disabled, or retired moms, and so they share their creativity with those of us who lack that gift.  I for one appreciate them very much.  So when a site goes down, I think we all need to have some patience and stand loyally by the sites we love.  We need to help them back on their feet if we can.  And you know you can, by participating in the site when it is back up and supporting the designers at those sites.  I have another site Digital Freebies that has been going through big changes and as a supporter of that site it is discouraging to me to find things missing every time I go on.  But slowly it has been re-emerging.  It's like a butterfly coming out of its' cocoon.  For someone to bad mouth that slow process doesn't really accomplish anything.  Although maybe for the disgruntled person, it makes them feel good, but it makes everyone else feel crappy.  We don't know what is going on behind the scenes that perhaps they can't jump to our wishes of having things back in order.  Who knows what trials and tribulations they are having?  For the Divine Digital site, Royanna not only had her site hacked into, but her Mom had a heart attack and is in ICU. So she has had to travel back and forth between the hospital and trying to get her site back up.  For Digital Freebie, I don't know the story, but I do know that it cost mega bucks to get a site changed and back up.  Well I guess I have said enough.  Maybe if we are kinder to one another it, and not be mean, things will go along  a lot smoother.

Northern Lights by Mrs JayBob Designs

I love the name of this kit - Northern Lights.  When I was a child living here in MA. I saw them or at least my parents told me that was what it was.  I am sure that seeing it closer would be better and more beautiful.
This kit brings back that memory.
Here are two LO's that I made with it.  http://designsindigital.com/shop/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_21&products_id=576

Divine Digitals is back up and running

Yahhhooooo!.  I am so excited.  Divine Digitals is back up and running.
 www.divinedigital.com
They were hacked by a very nasty person and had to redo their whole site.  But the divine angels went to
work and showed that hacker a thing or two.  I had fun playing with them for the DSD.  I even won the Bingo game.  I just realized how much fun it is to win.  Happy Happy me.

Please visit DizzyScraps Designs there.  She has some awesome kits.  My previous post shows two LO I made with her kit Forever and a Day.

See how silly I am.  I posted the blinkie here, I just can't get it into my userCP on the sight.  Grrrrrrrrr.
WOW is my skills on the computer being totally challenged.  My learning curve is totally messed up with something dragging it down on one end.  LOL.  Ok adding blinkies seem so simple and I follow the instructions exactly and blip........nothing.  I am now a Ct member of a second designer and I am leaving it at that.  I think that two is enough to have fun with.  My second one is with Mrs. JayBob's Designs and they can be found at Designs in Digital.   http://www.designsindigital.com
If you love challenges this is the place to be.  Along with my other site these will keep you busy and inspire you in your digi scrapping.  I myself am a challenge addict.  The more the better.  They inspire me and sometimes stretch my skills and I learn a lot.  I also like to look at the galleries because you can get some really great ideas from other digi scrappers.  Well back to the drawing board on trying to post another blinkie.

I have been having so much fun playing with Dizzy Scraps new Kit Forever and A Day.  So perfect for
weddings, love pictures and for other things too.  Here are two pages that I just completed.

You can get this beautiful kit at divine digitals but right now they are having technical problems and as soon as they are back up and running I will let you know and you can pick up this darling kit.

totally computer challenged.

Ok, this is a new month and so I am learning how to do some new things.  I am now aCT memeber for Dizzy Scraps Designs.  So I have spent a good hour trying to add her blinkie to my blog.  I finally succeeded in doing it.  then I tried to add a link to her blog so you all could just click on the icon and go there.  LOL........I  have no clue what happened but nothing was working.  I did it over and over and then the blinkie disappeared.  Darn all those weird buttons I hit that I probably shouldn't be hitting. So now that I have the blinkie back.  I am going back in to figure out how to add the link to her blog.  This is really been fun and I am learning a lot.  Well back to the drawing board.
